Whisky Highland Park

Highland Park in the Orkney Islands is the northernmost whiskey distillery in the world. British whiskey expert M. Jackson calls it "the greatest all-rounder" because it combines smokiness (with an accent of heather honey), maltiness, depth, fully body, and length in the finish.
