Early 70s or late 60s version of Martell Extra. According to Paczensky, this "Extra" is even better and older than the 90s edition which was one of the best Martell in those days - about 50 year old Grande- and Petite Champagne + some Borderies vintage 1944.
This one is much older - Martell used the oldest and most precious reserves!
