Cognac Fillioux
Fillioux: A cognac of outstanding reputation! Cognac from Fillioux is a product of the highest purity and finesse - nothing here is made sweeter, there are no compromises with regard to quality, and I agree with the many experts who consider the Fillioux one of the purest (and finest) cognacs one can find. Where fruitiness dominates in the Ragnaud-Sabourin, this cognac excels by its dry elegance.
The company headquartered in the Grande Champagne is run by the family in the fourth generation. The present director of the domain is Pascal Fillioux who takes greatest care of the stocks that he acquired from his ancestors. But not only here, the name Fillioux stands for pure cognac skills: For seven generations already, the Maitre de Chai, which is the cellar master, at Hennessy has come from this house.
Fillioux produce their cognac exclusively from grapes harvested on their own 21.8 hectares vineyards, and only Ugni Blanc grapes are cultivated there.
We also offer the legendary cognac classic "Reserve Franz Keller", which we can especially recommend to you. It is a brandy that was initially created from stocks dating back to the 1920s (specially selected by Franz Keller / Weingut Schwarzer Adler). At present, (equally excellent) stocks from the 1930s are used. For this product, I can guarantee you that you will hardly find anything better in the cognac market - except, of course, at our company...
