"Gonzalez Byass has been producing high quality sherry in Jerez for over 175 years. It is best known for its award-winning, ultra-dry Fino, Tio Pepe, the perfect chilled aperitif, but also makes a wide range of other classic styles. The range includes dry and sweet Amontillados, Olorosos and the exceptional Rare Old Soleras, which are a minimum of 30 years old and are only available in tiny quantities."
SED17+/20: Medium to full bodied, very well balanced sweetness, caramel, candied fruit, plum compote, very fresh for the age, alcohol is noticeable, acid is balanced. Long sweet candied fruit finish. Excellent, especially for such a difficult vintage. Gonzales Byass was the only house which declared! Tasted 02/2018.
