Pierre Ferrand, founder of Pierre de Segonzac, from the idyllic small town of Segonzac, known as the capital of the Grande Champagne region, set about cultivating the finest wines on the 7-hectare family vineyard and has been using distillation techniques from more than 10 generations to create only the best and most exclusive Cognac.
Cognac Pierre de Segonzac aged to perfection for many years in finest oak barrels, as is Ferrand family tradition since 1702.
The “Symphony” is a venerable and exquisite cognac crafted from the harmonious blend of three distinct batches: 1976, 1979, and 1982.
Nose combines with elegance rich and complex floral aromas of lilac with a hint of lemon. Soft powerful and well-balanced palate revealing flavours of candied fig notes, dried fruits. Un-chillfiltered cognac to preserve all his authenticity. Waxed by hand at distillery in may 2024.
